Projectmates Team

Kevin, adding Projectmates pages for public viewing is on our list of upgrades for future versions. Once this is implemented we will notify all users. As for your discussion module suggestion of displaying the entire thread as you are replying, this feature will be rolled out with Version 10 in a couple weeks. As always, we appreciate your feedback!

Is it possible to have a link from a school District's website to PM, that would allow public viewing of basic project information and construction photos?

Walter L. Church III

I am currently working on a commercial construction project with the military. The use of Projectmates has really saved me time and effort, not to mention countless trees. All the information is well organized and easily retrievable. My company is so impressed that we are looking to purchase Projectmates for ourselves. I can honestly say that
now, I don't mind working behind a desk. Thank You.

When adding a comment to a Discussion Thread, it would be very helpful to be able to view the original comments posted. I find myself copying and pasting comments into my response, in order to use as a reference.

Very impressed with Projectmates.

This is the first project I have followed (Project Controls) using this and it looks like my job is going to be a lot more efficient as a result!

Thanks.

Praise for Projectmates! After using it for over 3 years now, I'm comfortable with just about any aspect of the system.
I had an abrupt reality check a few months ago when I was required to do some reporting & photo uploading on another system for a client. WOW! Didn't know how good I had it. Couldn't even upload multiple pix at one time - had to zip them all & upload the zipfile. Everything I needed to get to seemed around your elbow to get to your ankle.
Now that the project has ended, I'm so relieved to be back in solely a Projectmates world.
I also have to say that Alicia & Hemant are always super responsive when I call with a question or just run into an unfamiliar process.
Thanks!
Oh, and a t-shirt would be a fantastic holiday gift. :~)

I think giving away a t-shirt is pretty awesome!
I'd love to receive one and would love to make a blog/comment in reference to the contract/PO# on Projectmates (OD DEV).

When creating a PO# to be approved, I find it a bit of overkill to approve your own PO# that you created. If I am creating the PO#, then I would of course approve it.
If you need more info, please feel free to ask. Otherwise, I hope to see that an additional approval is no longer needed in the future reference and to see a free T-shirt! Thank you!

Comment by Projectmates Team:
Maraline, after you prepare a Purchase Order, you need to click on “Start Approval Process”. This sends email to the approver that you have completed the PO, and locks the PO from further editing.
