Preventative Maintenance in Projectmates

With the release of Version 9.5, Projectmates has enhanced the Work Order module to track Repair requests and Preventative Maintenance.  You can now schedule recurring maintenance requests in advanced, and Projectmates will automatically issue these requests to the appropriate users on the scheduled date.  Equipment lists can be created to track model numbers, warranty expiration dates, manufacturer information, as well as completed and outstanding maintenance.  For more information log-in to Projectmates to view a pre-recorded demonstration on these work order enhancements.
