Users of Projectmates and Procore now have a new tool. There is no longer the need to manually copy-paste data from Procore to Projectmates. The integrated data exchange called the Projectmates – Procore Connector will save time and minimize double entry while maintaining data integrity.
Traditionally, RFIs and Submittals are created in Procore and are needed to be manually located then created in Projectmates. That left quite a bit of room for things to fall through the cracks. As with any manual data entry, the RFIs sometime could contain mis-matched information.

With this integration, users can rest assured knowing that every RFI and Submittal that’s pulled will mirror each other. This delivers a level of transparency that every owner wants built into their construction program. General contractors can trust that their RFIs and Submittals are getting through with exactly the details they need- all tracked effortlessly in both construction software platforms. The connector even saves the attachments with a single click.
If you’re a Projectmates user, learn more about how to setup Projectmates Connector for Procore here. General info about the connector can be found in Procore App Marketplace.
